Where has all my pack data gone?

I've had a pay as you go pack for several years, with lots of 'Boosts' totaling several gigs of data. Today, it all seems to have disappeared? Is anyone else experiencing this? I still have multiple 10 minute talk boosts, but it's the data I really need.  😞

What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?
