Trying to top up my or my son's phone, or move to new subscription pack. Always some page is broken or not working now. Or it crashes when returning from payment authorization.
Or it puts money in wrong number.
Or now on the 9£ subscription pack, takes 10£ and doesn't top up.
Had to call 3 times. Staff agree website is not good.
Really how can it be so bad. ?

@dr-spooons : Try using Fast Top Up online with a UK bank card. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is his mobile no. & it doesn't remember your card details.
Text ALL PACKS to 150 from it & choose your new pack.
