Using PAYG and living in IOM

Hi, as the title says.

I'm using EE PAYG SIM in the isle of man. I have a standing order of £15 pack every month to for data and text but im getting charged roaming rates now.

Does this mean i have to pay the £10 per week to access my data pack? 😕
