Three months ago I terminated my contract with EE for extensive travels abroad. I however want to keep my phone number for whatsapp and when I finally return home so want to switch to pay as you go and top up to secure my number stays mine. I can not figure out how to do this as it says on My EE that my account is terminated. I know that my number is still mine however as I still receive texts. Please help me to resolve this issue and keep my number, many thanks!!

You need to call CS to delete your old contract MyEE a/c & then you can set up your new PAYG MyEE a/c afresh, using the same mobile no. & email addy if desired. You can't mix them under MyEE.

Thank you for your reply, I already called ee and had my contract cancelled 3 months ago and cannot figure out what to do to set up/top up for pay as you go?

Create a new MyEE & go to Menu > Account Settings > Add an Account and Add no.
