Use credit for packs?

Hi guys

I’ve recently been asked by EE to update my payment info which is fine. I noticed I have some £340 credit though which seems huge. Can I use that or will the pack renew from that if I don’t add a payment method?

@Xternalhunter : Yes, your £15 pack will auto renew from your PAYG credit until it falls below £15.

It’s a £15 subscription pack with unlimited minutes and texts and 7GB data - sorry I forgot to say.

One last quick Q sorry - is it possible to get 5G in these packs/plans? I only ever seem to get 4g? Thanks

Yes, You will have access to 5G by 31 January 2026.once you have been informed it is available - see 5G on EE pay as you go mobiles
