Hey there,
So, I upgraded my subscription from 8 GB to 25 GB, and I paid for it with my Visa. But here's the thing, my remaining data is still the same, and it shows that I still have the old 8 GB pack on my profile. Can you help me out with this?

@Yousef96 : If you bought the £15 pack while the current £10 pack is still live, the £15 pack will be held pending & will not start until the £10 pack expires. If you want it to start immediately you need to text NOW to 150.
What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?
