Unwarranted Charge

I have been charged a roaming charge for a call I did not make. How do I get this put right on PAYG

 There appears to be no way of contacting EE apart from 150. Will I be charged for texting 150 from the EU?

@8672   If you use your device in the EU you are charged for it that includes using data.   Even if you receive a email that’s data usage.
