Unlimited data still using my normal data

4 days ago I had 7.8gb of data left for my monthly pack, and then paid £5 for 5 days unlimited, however yesterday I got a message saying that I had used up all my data from my monthly pack, even though I had an unlimited data pack active it still used my monthly data.

Is there anyway I can have this data back, or a refund on the unlimited since it clearly didn't work properly.

@olly_501 : What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?

that doesn't fix the problem,

I had 7.8gb of data left for my monthly pack, I then paid £5 for 5 days unlimited, while my unlimited data was activated I received a message saying that all my data for my monthly pack had been used, even though I had an unlimited data add on active. When I check my balance on 150 it says I have no data left from my monthly pack.

Is it possible to have the data returned to me since it shouldn't of been used, or have my unlimited data add on refunded since it didn't work properly because my monthly data was stil

What was the exact wording of the msg telling you that you had used up all your data from your monthly pack?

Well, you've still got your data from the £5 add-on. Anyway it'll all refresh tomorrow.

What I'd do is not buy your pack or let it refresh until the £5 add-on expires at midnight tomorrow.
