Hi

I had to subscribe a package so I topped up my balance , but when I go to a subscription pack it takes me to card payment option n I already have top up balance in my account.

I used 20 GBP per month pack n don’t want to use it again, instead use 15 GBP pack .

thanks

@Sidra3  It wants to continue with the £20 pack and you don’t have the credit for this hence the option to topup via card.    you need to text STOP PACK to 150 first as this will terminate the pack it thinks you want.  You can then select the pack you do want by texting PACK to 150 or by selecting on your account.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Text STOP PACK to 150 & it'll stop buying the pack & stop the auto direct card payment. When you next buy your pack choose to pay for it by PAYG credit.
