My £10 top up started then disappeared

i bought a £10 top up 2 days ago which comes with 8gb of data 500 mins and unlimited texts but when i went to call someone yesterday it said i ran out of minutes which is impossible as id only called a couple people for no longer than 5 minutes then i logged onto my ee app again this morning and it said id ran out of all my data and my texts had gone which shouldn’t off happened since i have only bought it 2 days ago and barley touched my data
