Hi
I am a new EE Pay as You Go customer currently without a pack. I am trying subscribe to the new 15 pounds pack but I am unable to do so either by SMS 150 or through the website where I set up an account. On SMS 150 once I message Yes I never hear back. On my online account it's been telling me under "current pack":
System failure
We are currently experiencing difficulties loading this information, please try again later
This has been going on for two days. Id appreciate help on this before I am forced to go to a different provider. Thanks.

I would recommend speaking to our Mobile Care team. It sounds like there may be a problem with your account.
