New payg sim, pack showing but no credit.

Hey,

 

I've just received my sim and saw my pack on myee, the pack (£10 prepaid for calls, text and 5gb data) is showing but my credit remains at £0. I can't make calls but can receive them.

 

Does it really take 2 days to activate as the paperwork suggests ? Seems really long, last new sim I got from another operator was activated with 1 hr.

It's usually activated within 24 hours when the SIM is in the UK, @funkaygibbo. If you're abroad, it won't activate till you're back in the UK.
