Hi,
I'm currently staying in France and I have been unable to make any calls. This includes EE support numbers. I've do some research online, and tried the possible solutions with no luck. Any help will be great.

I have had issues with the apn settings while I was in the UK. However, that issue seemed to effect my ability to access the internet, not calls and texts. Should I try configuring the settings for the local network that I'm connected to?

You don't change the APN when abroad. You still use EE's APN.
