Unable to buy Data Packs

Huw_Jones

I have had this EE service since arriving back in the UK. Now I can't get a data package renewal online on my phone. It is constantly giving an error massage that they are working hard to fix. They need to work harder and move this service above those found in the worst 3rd world countries. I can't use phone for my family connection or my work emails.

Find me a SOLUTION, GET IT FIXED or I will leave EE for good. Money grabbers that don't allow money to be spent is not a great business model.

You have my email address, drop me a message to apologize as well as how I get another data package. I don't have a car, so I can't travel to shops, SOLUTION PLEASE

Hi @Huw_Jones

Are you a pay as you go customer?

If yes, when was the last time your SIM was used for any chargeable action?

What reports back if you text ALL PACKS to 150?

I have only had a sim card since 24th July.

I only used phone once to call, the rest is online, LinkedIn and WhatsApp.

I did try ALLPACKS but it went straight to the fault or error message.

A message came through that a fault in my area should be resolved in 15 hours.

  • I hope so, or I will need to change provider.
