where is my pay as you go sim card?

I placed a pay as you go card four days ago, but I haven't received any information since I received an order confirmation email, and I don't have any express information about my order, how should I track my sim card, or it hasn't been shipped yet? I am handling the number transfer network and need a new sim card very much.

SIMs are sent by Royal Mail 2nd Class & it's over the w/end. There's no tracking on PAYG orders.
