Unable to add data on pay as you go

Hi how do I add data to my PAYG sim card? There seems to be an error on my account which doesn't let me add any?

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

EE standard opening hours are Monday to Friday, 8am to 9pm - Saturday and Sunday, 8am to 8pm.
