Hi,
I am on a £15 pay as you go pack, i texted ADD DATA to 150, it says "For £40 add Unlimited data that last up to 30 days, reply UNL DATA." i currently have £67.23 credit on my phone
When i text UNL DATA to 150 i get "Sorry, there has been a problem and we cannot add this add on, please try again later". when i try to use the Add on section on the site i get "ADDONS PURCHASE ERROR" same with the EE app.
Any Help?

Thanks for coming here.
Do you have the option to add the data add-on, if you visit add-on.ee.co.uk?
If not, please call us on 150 our pay as you go guides will get the unlimited data add-on activated for you and get this looked into 🙂

are the only options, available via the link you provided, which is different to the list from the "ADD DATA" text. Phoning 150 only gives 3 options for adding data non are unlimited data..
I have even tried changing my Pack to PACK20 still nothing. I have bought the Unlimited Data add on before with no issue.

That's a nonsense! 5GB / 30 days costs more than 10GB / 30 days.
