New contract

I have spoken to ee yesterday and they said my new contract will start after 10 min and it has been more than 36 hours and i don’t have any min or data i need to contact my family and it’s very hard for me rightnow

Have you changed your pay as you go pack or moved to a pay monthly contract?

@Emanhelaly : You don't have a contract. You are on PAYG.

Have you been able to make any calls or texts? You currently don't have enough to buy a pack as you seem to have spent £1.20 somehow since topping up on 14th June.
