Hi guys,so I recently decided to move to ee. I bought a payg pack the £20 which gives you an extra 40gb data.I decided to also transfer my number online when buying the pack as it gave me the option to.today I recieved my pack at 2pm.I currently have my sim in my phone and I just want to know how long till my old number transfers over and if I will get the £20 pack without having to buy it again.I moved from giffgaff to ee.

So, nobody's actually told you you are not going to get the £20 back or the £20 pack. You'll just have to keep trying to call them. It's the only way. This Community can't get it back for you.
