Transferring my number and my £20 payg

Hi guys,so I recently decided to move to ee. I bought a payg pack the £20 which gives you an extra 40gb data.I decided to also transfer my number online when buying the pack as it gave me the option to.today I recieved my pack at 2pm.I currently have my sim in my phone and I just want to know how long till my old number transfers over and if I will get the £20 pack without having to buy it again.I moved from giffgaff to ee.

hi guys,I have bought the £20 pack a few days ago as I am new to ee and I chose to transfer my number.my number and everything else has transferred but my £20 has not started yet.I call 150 and it says I have a £20 pack waiting to start make sure to top up or the cost will be taken from my credit.I text AL and it says I have £0.00 and I call someone as I saw that when you call someone it will start but it just says I can’t make the call and I can leave a message to tell them to text me back.I bought the pack as it only gives you 70gb for new customers.

Hi guys,I have bought the £20 pack (70gb as I am a new customer) and I decided to transfer my number when I bought it and everything has transferred over but my pack hasn’t started yet.I call 150 and they tell me I have a £20 pack waiting to start make sure I top up as the cost will be taken from my credit and I text START and they tell me I have £0.00 and I saw that if you call someone it will start but I did and it didn’t start. Please help as it’s starting to frustrate me as I paid £20 and still haven’t got my 70gb data

 It says this that to set up card payments but I bought it already the sim with the pack £20 but it won’t give me the data
