Hello
Last month i bought Pack30 by card for 27£. I had a some credit also 27£, but it did not continued avtomatically. I have 32£ in credit now, when i want to activate Pack30 its only give me topup by card.
can you help me to activete Pack30 125GB by credit one?

Did you reply 'YES'? If so, did it take £27 from your bank card or £30 from your credit?

Text STOP PACK to 150 to stop current pack & payment from card. Buy the £30 pack again & it will give you the choice of paying by PAYG credit or setting up a Direct Card Payment with a 10% discount.
