I topped up my phone and selected my data plan as always, I received a text saying my plan has been activated, but I have not received my data text or calls?

Yes its freez, it comes up that I have topped up and yet still I have not
received my data plan, say I have 0 credit even tho it shows that I.topped
up yesterday, and had no data text or calls after that.
