I am failing to Top up on mobile app. Keeps saying error occurred. We are sorting it out. Its now more than 2 days.

@Solo11 : Try using Fast Top Up online with a UK bank card. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is your mobile no.

Mine says the same it won’t let me top up and I’m not abroad I live in uk

Did you try the fast top up link that @XRaySpeX posted? Could you try on a different device please?
