Be very careful when you top up. One error entering your phone number and both EE and my bank will not return my money. If your error is of a real other number they will refuse to return it. Or only top up small amounts. I think this is appalling ! I am a disabled pensioner and lost £50

I appreciate this is a tough one, and we definitely want to be sure we've looked over all of your options here.
How exactly was it you topped up your account? From what I understand of doing this at our end, you're always asked to confirm the number a second time, so the chance of a mistake is reduced.
Also when you check this payment, is it showing as a pending payment, or has this been fully extracted?
