Top up query

I am new to EE since I bought a GPS watch for my son.  I thought I had topped up the sim with £10 but it says I have £0.00 credit, but a pack that will expire in 30 days.  

How do I get a simple top up that works until it runs out, rather than signing up to a pack that renews?

@Beatlebill77  you need to text STOP PACK to 150 from that sim card. This will then be a standard PAYG.   You’ll get no data allowance it’ll just be calls/texts.  If you want data you’ll need to purchase a 30 day bundle.
