Bought 2 Sims from Tescos. One for me: setup and working. Found a page on my ee account to add the number for the second sim for my daughter. Nowhere in my account is there a page for adding credit. I can only add credit to my phone number.
So attempted to create a new account to do that and can't because the number is already under another account.
How the farkgiblets do I add credit to the other Sim.

Are these both pay as you go SIMS?
Please give us a call on 150 so our customer care team can help remove the number from the other account.

@Gherkin On the my EE app you need to click the 3 lines top left and then you need to click the name at the top from there you’ll see the other line on your account and you click it and then what is shown is for that number.

In your online MyEE you need to "Switch Account" of the Menu to the other account before you can manage the other number.
