Wrong pack added

I needed to top up so I spent £30 on a new pack through the app. Unfortunately, I forgot to change the pack from a £15 to a £30 pack. I've only just realised this as my data is nearly gone. I have £15 of the original  £30 left but will lose 60gb of data if I just top up again. What can I do. Do I have to just take the loss or will they help? Thanks

You have to take hit. Now:

  1. Top up the remaining £15.
  2. Text PACK30 to 150. This will remain pending until your current pack expires.
  3. When your current pack runs out of data text NOW to 150.
  4. The £30 pack is now active.
If you think I helped please feel free to hit the "Thumbs Up" button below.
