Hi everyone,
So this morning and yesterday I’ve had the average messages telling me to top up, so as per every month I go to do that. However, as I’ve tried to this month, it says I need to further verify myself, but doesn’t tell me how or where, leaving me on the payment part of the transaction . Anyone know what I need to do to solve this?

The verification could be with your bank or credit card that you're using and would need to be authorised in your banking app. Please check this and try again, if the same happens please give us a call and the team can help you get the verification message looked into.

Do you get this message after entering your card details? Are you making the payment in the EE app/account online, or are you using the Fast Payment site?
