I am trying to top up my 75 year old father's phone and it will not let me.  The site has been down for several days and I have now managed to get a voucher but it still will not let me top up on either my mobile or computer.

Good afternoon @Reg123!
Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Community!

I'm glad to hear you've managed to get a voucher sorted here and you should definitely be able to get this applied.

The quickest way to do this will be to send a text from his phone to 150 with VO followed by a space, then the 16 digit voucher number.

There are more details on how you can sort this on our top-up help page too.

I have a voucher but I am not able to put it onto my dad's phone.

You can't use a top-up voucher for somebody else's phone from your own phone or a PC. It needs to be a text sent from the phone needing to be topped-up.

Then a top-up voucher is of no use to you.

Trusing Fast Top Up online with a UK bank card. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is your father's mobile no. & it doesn't remember your card details.

Thanks for giving that a go @Reg123; what was happening when you were trying to enter this via his phone?

Heading into one of our stores could definitely be a good shout too, and you can find your nearest branch via our store finder here 😊
