Top-up not credited to my ee account

I top-up 10£ to my sim account using my debit card but not credited and the balance is still 0 and the worst is when i check my debit card accnt. they charge me two times (20£).. what can i do

Never use EE app to topup EE don't care happens many times to me .

Call 150 and topup. 

On the app is just joke. 

Never fixed this EE .

2025 as you se I'm trying topup today on app this same pending payment on Bank mone go.

Balance 0 so 3 years as I se your post .

Still this same issue is like on tesco fuel station. 

Very funny topup on 150 works on EE app no 

Have all details to charge your debit card .

EE sorry no your run aut off data you need wait 5 days we will be try taking money. 

Can believe 2025 still this same .

 

@Staszek210688 : Try using Fast Top Up online with a UK bank card. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is your mobile no. & it doesn't remember your card details.
