Top up error

Anyone else having problems using online top up services? I’m constantly getting error on my screen. Back from being abroad.. it’s been a year. Do you think I’ve lost the number?

@AlexandraHG : Did you use it at all during that year? If not, it's been deactivated for lack of use for such a long time & you've lost it for good.
