Top up ee mini wifi router

How do I top up my 4g mini wifi router? It's run out so can't go through wifi option. I've tried the top up card it came with it doesn't work. I don't have a phone number or account number to enter. I am getting nowhere!!

I also had trouble trying to top my mini Wi-Fi router but took your advice and did by fast top up and it worked ! Even I did try that earlier but the check box to verify your not a robot did not appear and only did when I clicked on it in your suggestion post. But it has topped up so thanks for the idea!
