order router please

i need to order a router. mine is faulty. i use my daughters and it works brilliantly but go back to mine and its crap. Cant even get wifi in next room. With all the doors open. its a joking. Ever since bt swap to ee its crap. Didnt even get a new router when they swap. my router is about 4 years old now

@Janetsampson803  if you’re using the same router that you were with BT then nothing has changed except for the incoming line is now by EE and not BT that doesn’t effect the WiFi connection to the router. It’s nothing to do with changing over to EE. 
    You need to call customer support and explain your router has a fault with its WiFi signal.
