Its been a long time I have been suffering to top up my balance every month. i cant understand the reason so why? If u say there is an issue with my bank account nope there is not. Coz I pay for my another monthly sim card from the same bank account as well.

can anyone help me ?

@Eddie313 : Have you tried using Fast Top-up online to pay by UK bank card? You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is your mobile no. & it doesn't remember your card details.

I have tried multiple ways. I used other bank cards as well but the payment did not go through. It seems like problem is with EE (sim card)

@Eddie313 What did our guides say when you called up and tried to top up with them?

Well, she said she can not help me out with the issue, cuz I need to go to my bank whereas there is nothing wrong with my bank in case I can not top up my balance with another bank card as well makes sound? And she said I need to go to get a voucher at 11pm, especially when I had to go to work and did not have time.
I even told her your colleague has helped me to top up my balance why don’t you do? So, I am without balance been already for a couple of days. I don’t know whom should I apply to in case EE can not solve the solution.
I think the last option is just to break EE sim card and trash it!!!

If your card payment isn't going through online, over the phone with us, or through any payment links, then I definitely think it's worth having a chat with your bank directly.

I will contact with my bank tomorrow, I hope they will sort it out. But I have already tried with another bank card but it also did not go through.
