Top Up to old pack.

So I don't know how this all works. I just started using EE and my first renewal was about to happen. I did not know by not paying my top up my 25 GB would not roll over to the next month. I spent 15 on 30GB. I would like to keep on this plan, and have paid the 15 again (via a top up) but I still have 0 data. How do I fix this??

Yes. a 15 I just gave the 150 a call to make sure I was taking all the steps I needed. Nothing like these plans really exist where I lived. The lovely woman on the line helped me renew with the top up I had placed on the account. Seems I am good to go! THANK YOU!
