My old pack is finished/run out/ end of month . i topped up a £10 at shop . on phone with ee . text ALL PACKS
Pick PACK10 . this gives this and this text yes

I Just did, check text balance to be sure

so active my pack10 , yes , ...
have to top up £10
😡its just looping to info and not doing it

Was the £10 pack the pack you had previously that just ran out? If so try texting NOW to 150 to start a new pack. Have you also tried purchasing the pack via your online account on the website or app?
