I made a top up by EE Apps but told the payment was not successful. Please try again.
I tried twice to go my top up.
My card centre alert me EE.CO.UK made twice online transaction using my card,
I went to EE shop trying to solve the question why online transaction done twice. The reply was don't worry and you can try to ring 150 tomorrow and free to make your enquiry.
I am the first time live in UK

We don't want you to be left worrying about any payments made to us, so I'd love to take a look into this. Can I just check if the payments are showing as having left your bank account, or if these are pending?

I made my twice transaction on 8/9/2024 at Hong Kong Time 03:51 & 03:59 respectively.

If the payment is showing as having left your bank account then you would need to speak with our team to get this located, so I'd recommend giving them a call, and they will be happy to help.

Hi Rach,
I tried to call on last Sunday but I could find the right way to go.
All should be AI or not human respond. Furthermore, it is difficult for me to speak and listening as well.
