My pay monthly contract has ended, I am living abroad and it will cost me £2.35 a minute to call ee to arrange a switch from pay monthly to pay as you go. Does anyone know if it is possible to make this switch online?
Thanks

@Isabel299 You can not change and have a working sim from a contract to a PAYG when abroad. You have to be connected to the EE network directly for this to happen. If you proceed with this you’ll be cut off until you come back to the UK.

@Isabel299 , just to add, your monthly contract does not end, just the minimum term, and you have to give EE 30 days notice if you wish to cancel your monthly contract.
