I’ve been studying abroad for the past year and everytime I want to top up to buy a plan or add ons the web magically stops working, this is monthly or even weekly. The college has bad WiFi signal so I have to use data a lot, hence me wanting to buy add ons. As I can’t save my card here I top up to buy add or plans. I always have to cancel my plan to buy another plan. Why does the EE website always crash. I can’t buy add ons with top up credits 😕
