Switching a pack in SIM only

When I switch a pack to a lower value

where is it clear that it is a switch and not another pack I’m purchasing.

the webpage doesn’t say “. Switch to …”

it just refers to “choosing a pack” which makes me nervous that I’ll end up with 2 … why isn’t wording on that section more clear? What am I not seeing that makes it clear?

@EmBC : You can't have 2 packs in operation at once. Buy the new 1 you want & it will replace your current pack when that expires. If you want it to start earlier text NOW to150.
