My £15 pack didn’t renew because there was no money in my account so I have topped up. Now it’s asking me to pay again to start my pack again but I have the credit already on my EE account!

Same thing has just happened to me payment was declined because of a new card topped up and credit showing on account but not got anything on my pack if I start a new pack I loose all my boosts

Welcome to the EE Community
You don't lose your boosts when starting a new pack unless you were changing to a pack below £10. So if you start a new pack from the credit you have topped up any existing boosts should remain. What are EE Free Boosts? | Mobile Help | EE
