Subscription pack

I thought I had cancelled the £20 subscription pack but Customer care told me i still have it and just need to switch  to change to the £10 pack but the account says I don’t have a subscription pack. It’s for my fathers phone which I don’t have access to so I don’t have the 150 option. Can anyone advise?

Thanks for coming to the community. 

Are you able to select another pack in the My EE account? 

Can your father text ALL PACKS to 150 and reply using the pack code he would like to activate?
