I've gotten a new EE sim card and I have topped up as it says to do, but my chosen pack has not loaded. I topped up 2 days ago and it still hasn't loaded. I've tried calling 150 but my call disconnects after 30 secs as the signal isn't very good where I live - I've got the sim for a work trip on Monday as there is no coverage for my current provider there. I've even tried selecting the pack through texting 150 and its still not loaded.
Please can someone help.

I've managed to get it working by calling 150 on my partner's phone. My subscription pack is now loaded, however it is only 25GB, not the 50GB it is listed as on the paperwork that came with my sim card. It's frustrating that I've paid £15 and got half of what I was expecting but it is what it is. It's not a permanent network move and I'm glad.

@Penguin90 - Does http://add-on.ee.co.uk/status show any more information about the data allowance, while on mobile Internet access ?
