Hi there,
I’m travelling to the Netherlands in a few weeks and I’ve got the £10 subscription pack. I received a message from EE some time ago announcing EU roaming charges so was preparing to have to pay extra.
But now my subscription pack has been renewed and the standard message I received says “your pack has renewed … to be used in the UK and EU”.
So I’m confused now. Can I use my subscription pack in the Netherlands at no extra cost? Or has this messaging just not been updated yet?
Thanks,

Yes, you may use your pack in EU but at an extra charge. For PAYG there are now roaming charges for using your pack allowances in the EU of either £2.50 / day, by texting ROAMEU1D to 150, or £10 / week, by texting ROAMEU7D to 150, to be taken only from your PAYG credit, not your recurring card payment. If you opt to text neither or you don't have an active pack, you will be paying standard rates for calls & texts & need to buy a small add-on for data.
