Subscription not activating

Have been sent a new sim and popped into my phone however it is not registering and when I go to “register” the number on the EE app it tried to send me a text which of course isn’t possible as my phone displays no network.

Welcome to the community.

If you speak with our Mobile Care team, they should be able to register it for you. If it's easier, you could pop into your nearest EE Store for help.
