Did you mean:

PAYG sim on old contract phone

Hopefully this is a really straight forward and easy question to answer:

I  have recently upgraded my handset (still on the EE network) and I wish to give my old phone to someone.

If I were to buy an EE PAYG sim for my old phone would it be good to go?

My contract is still active on my newer handset but my old one could really benefit someone in need, thank you

@Ty_1978  The device you use makes no difference so you can happily give away your old device.   Just remember to factory reset it and de-register it from any account you have it linked up to.    Especially an Apple or Google account as this would stop the next user from actually using the device because it’ll still be registered to you on that account.

To contact EE Customer Services dial 150 From your EE mobile or 0800 956 6000 from any other phone.

Thank you that's great news.  I have factory reset the device and have set it up clean so there's no longer any previous accounts associated with it.

Thanks again 🙂
