My PAYG subscription pack did not renew. I have the credit showing when I text either AL or BA. However, on the EE site, it says that I have a subscription pack waiting to renew but need to top-up.
I have also texted NOW and it also says top-up credit.
The credit is there, how do I renew my subscription pack?
Solved! See the answer below or view the solution in context.

Hi again. Yes, I did. The reply text was always saying that I needed to top up credit. In the end, I called 150 and the operator sorted it out promptly, as the credit was there on my account.
I didn't find out what the problem was though.

Hi, I'm another customer with a similar problem. How did you solve the issue? I've repeatedly texted 'AL', 'BA' and 'NOW', but nothing is correcting the problem. I have the credit, but my subscription pack won't renew.

@NavRag : What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?
Which pack do you want? Have you tried texting its code to 150, e.g. PACK10 for the £10 pack?

Hi, AL response is:
'Your current balance as of today 00:18 is £30.40. Your last top up was £30.00 on 13/02/2025 at 22:51. For more info on your packs, add-ons or free boosts, go to the EE app or ee.co.uk'
My pack is the £30 one. I've been using it for a couple of years, no monthly renewal issues. I credit by top-up voucher. My pack was to renew on the 14th Feb. It didn't renew and for some reason, I can't use my current credit to get a pack.

So have you texted PACK30 to 150?
