Hi @Mahmoods,

Welcome to the EE Community. 🙂

Are you only having this issue in one location or everywhere?

James

This is just unbelievable to be honest.Im relocating end of this month and switched from paying monthly as my contract expired to pay as you go to keep my number when I get back in few months and I cant believe who made this decision to cap it.Phone is running like 7 years ago with these speeds especially when i have comparison what it was on monthly.Wish i just asked for PAC code and moved to other network. What is the worst in this i have pushed my GF to change for EE pay as you go even she was happy with her other network for 10 years and now im getting all the bo..... everyday. These speeda are unusable these days. When i get back i will be very sad to go

@noreksko : EE PAYG SIMs are deactivated after 6 months of non-chargeable use. You then have a further 3 months to call EE to reactivate it before it is lost completely.

You need to make a chargeable action like making a chargeable call or text, topping up or buying a Pack or Add-on, not just using your mins, texts or data from your pack.
