Sim only wont link to account

Tried linking my pay as you go sim to my ee account and it says try again later every time. I need to add my details to top up but can’t even link it….

@bethanyfoster Use Fast Top Up online with a UK bank card. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is your mobile no. & it doesn't remember your card details.
