Sim no longer working

I have not added any data or topped up my sim in 6 months. I received a message saying my sim will be disconnected in 3 months. I have decided to do an add on and it is not working.  I can't even call 150 as a result. Please help urgently.

Sounds like your PAYG SIM has been hibernated for non-usage. The following link explains the policy, and the action required to reactivate your SIM

When a SIM is hibernated, all outgoing calls are usually redirected to 150 precisely to allow reactivation. If, for whatever reason, this is not happening, you'll need to contact CS on 07953 966150 from another phone.

Sounds like your PAYG SIM may have gone into hibernation due to non-use. If it has, topping-up now would be too late.

EE PAYG SIMs are deactivated after 6 months of non-chargeable use. You then have a further 3 months period of grace to call EE to reactivate it before it is lost completely.

You needed to make a chargeable action like making a chargeable call or text, topping up or buying a Pack or Add-on, not just using your mins, texts or data from your pack.
